As a parent you should make sure that your chiklren are fully aware of the following tips. . Whilst the net is a great place to learn and have fun – your children may be naive about the dangers it also presents.

Discuss each one with them and explain why they are very important

1.Never give any personal details to anyone you meet online. That means first or last names, cell phone numbers (they can be employed in order to track down you home), passwords, birth dates or even years, or charge card information.

2.Never meet up with any person that you do not already know. Don’t tell anyone your routine; do not state where you’ll be hanging out. No party announcements. Men and women are not who they say they are. It’s correct: 1 in 5 children will be sexually solicited on-line.

3.Never complete any kind of “fun” questionnaires which are forwarded to you, whether or not they are from your friends. Bear in mind, you are in a world when everything could get forwarded. All those personal things about you could land in the hands of an individual which could use them in order to harm you.

4.Ensure you know everyone in your friend list. When you haven’t met the people face-to-face, these people can not necessarily be who they pretend to be. Also, Instant Messaging strangers is an invasion of their privacy.

5.You do not have to answer emails or even IMs from folks you don’t know. As a matter of fact, you should never. Who knows who they are ? Even if they state they are “David’s friend,” David could be a lucky guess. “Kids” you meet in chat rooms might in fact be creepy adults.

6.There’s absolutely no such thing as “private” on the Internet. You can believe so, but it’s not true. People can discover anything they want – and keep exactly what you post – forever.

7.Be careful concerning posting photos of oneself (if you have to, do not publish sexy types or ones showing actions you would not want your mom, teacher, boss, or even potential school advisor to see). Just since an older brother has posted snaps on the site does not make it some sort of sensible or a safe idea. Photos with identifiers like where you visit school can be shopping lists for on-line predators and other creeps.

8.Do not send pictures associated with other persons. Forwarding an awkward picture of another individual is a form of bullying. Just how would you like it if someone did that to you?

9.Don’t download content without your parents’ authorization. Many sites contain spyware that will damage your personal computer. Other sites possess truly inappropriate content. Your parents can examine your computer’s URL history, which means you can’t hide wherever you’ve been.

10.Never share your current password with anyone but your mum and dad.

Of course the big problem is how do you know your children are behaving responsibly whilst online. Lets face it kids will be kids. If you

know your child is repeatedly visiting an inappropriate site then we can show you how to block websites easily. BUT with billions of web pages out there what else can be done to ensure their safety. When your not around what are they really doing online ??..

Are you worried about the sites your child is visiting and what they are doing online ?

We can let you know you how to block web pages. We are able to show you how to achieve this as well as much much more.. You shouldn’t underestimate the dangers of the internet. We can show you the way you will know that your child is safe on-line. Visit – http://howtoblockwebsiteseasily.com

Trying to Get Pregnant After a Miscarriage

February 9th, 2010

It can be a daunting thing to think about getting pregnant after miscarriage because of the fear of a second recurrence. A miscarriage (called a spontaneous abortion by physicians) is the unintentional loss of pregnancy prior to twenty weeks of gestation. As much as 25% of all pregnancies that are known about end in miscarriage according to statistics from the American Society of Reproductive Medicine. In real terms this rate is probably higher, as many miscarriages occur in the very early stages of pregnancy before a woman is even aware she is pregnant.

What causes a woman to miscarry is still not completely clear. In general miscarriages in the first trimester are attributed to the presence of chromosomal abnormalities in the foetus (which are randomly occurring).

Of course the state of the mother’s health also plays a part. Medical conditions like un-tended diabetes or structural problems in the woman’s uterus which result in an improper egg implantation can affect a miscarriage, as can a number of autoimmune conditions in the mother. A woman’s (and prior to conception, a man’s too) lifestyle choices can also affect the likelihood of miscarriage – things like drug abuse or smoking can play their part. There are also a large number of miscarriages which are the result of the egg not being implanted in the uterus correctly – thankfully this can be corrected by knowing the most appropriate times of the month for successful conception, but more on that later.

There are a number of signs that may precede a miscarriage including lower back pain and cramps in the abdomen and pelvis as well as fluid or tissue and blood coming from the vagina. Although vaginal bleeding almost always precedes an early miscarriage, it is important to remember that blood spotting is quite normal in early pregnancy as well, so it doesn’t always mean a miscarriage is occurring.

Most miscarriages in the early stages do not require medical treatment as the uterus voluntarily empties out like a heavy period. In cases where tissue remains inside and shows up on an ultrasound, then a cleansing procedure, or medication may be required to make sure all the residual tissue is expelled. It is absolutely necessary to make sure the uterus is clean, as otherwise infections can occur. It is best if couples do not try getting pregnant after miscarriage for at least a couple of months, six months is best. If recurring miscarriages are a problem, then there are tests that can be done to see if they can determine the cause.

It is important before going out and getting any of these (sometimes painful) tests, that you make sure that the improper implantation of the egg into the uterine lining is not the cause. This can be reduced to a huge extent by knowing the correct times in the months for having intercourse and conceiving.

This time is when there is a cervical fluid which has the resemblance of eggwhites, which is the woman’s most fertile time of the month. The best time to have intercourse (given the man’s sperm count is normal) is every day that the eggwhite cervical fluid is present – up until there is a rise in the basal body temperature of the woman. For men who’s sperm count is low, then intercourse should only be done on every second day until the rise in temperature. This will not only increase the chances of conception, but will also decrease the likelihood of miscarriage caused from improper implantation of the ovum in the uterine lining.

Pre-pregnancy preparation is also important, so your health must be attended to. So this means taking care of your diet, making sure you partake in regular exercise and keeping weight within a healthy range. Cutting out smoking and even being around second-hand smoke is also an important step, pre and post conception (and if you know what’s good for you, from hereon in!). Alcohol is a big no-no and caffeine is on the cut list too. Also be aware of external toxins that you may be exposed to – so no painting the house unless with ‘green’ paints and the same goes for carpets, which can often be full of formaldehyde. When you try getting pregnant after miscarriage, you need to attend to lifestyle factors and emotional and stress issues – and always remember that having sex at the right time of month can reduce your chances of a recurrence.

Learn All The Details On 4 Popular Printers For The Church

Photo printer cartridges can be very expensive and knowing which printer to use will help. A lot of people ask us, ” Which is the best laser printer for me?” Inkjet printer ink cartridges come in various sizes and prices. This isn’t an easy inquiry to lay to rest since it depends on what you need your printer to do. The type of printer you buy will determine the type of cartridge for printer that you will use. Do you require an all in one laser printer, a very simple single function inkjet printer or a compact photo printer?  What is your budget? There is also an after sale outlay that a lot of consumers are uninformed of; the price of replacement printer cartridges. We have reviewd four distinctive printers for you. This starting point will assist you in your search. If you’re interested in individual categories or products, you will at least have a base level of facts with which to start.

HP Officejet Pro 8500- The HP Officejet Pro 8500 wireless printer is an inkjet which will handle an office situation with a high degree of printing needs. With numerous networking alternatives, a function touch screen and an awfully fast print rate, this is one inkjet printer that most certainly deserves consideration.

Canon Pixma MX7600-The Canon Pixma MX7600 is a multifunctional printer and this version is a huge improvement over the last one. In addition to new features such as an upgraded control cockpit, auto duplexer and a sizeable number of faxing alternatives, the MX7600 is a fantastically excellent value.

Konica Minolta 5400DL-Color laser printers which provide options like duplexing and are network ready are by and large not very affordable. This printer is the exception. The Minolta 5400 DL prints at 27 pages per minute in both color and in black and white. It furthermore handles a extensive selection of distinctive media. It has a 2400 dpi resolution for very in focus images plus it also has automatic color adjustment. This color laser printer should furthermore provide you up to 12,000 prints per toner cartridge, and has a gigantic duty cycle of up to 60,000 prints per month.

Brother HL-5250DN- This Brother printer is network ready and promises high-quality graphic and text prints for the small company or domestic use. There is a nice element called a duplexer which allows you to conserve paper and the easy to grasp setup instructions make installation a snap. At 30 pages per minute output for text, the printer’s speed is superior. There is only one slight issue and that is the paper tray. It can only hold 300 pages which is somewhat small and barely suitable if you are using it for residence use or running a really small business operation.

The Advantage of Organic Baby Clothes – My O Baby

February 8th, 2010
http://parenting.guruz-blog.com/wp-content/plugins/sociofluid/images/digg_48.png http://parenting.guruz-blog.com/wp-content/plugins/sociofluid/images/reddit_48.png http://parenting.guruz-blog.com/wp-content/plugins/sociofluid/images/stumbleupon_48.png http://parenting.guruz-blog.com/wp-content/plugins/sociofluid/images/delicious_48.png http://parenting.guruz-blog.com/wp-content/plugins/sociofluid/images/furl_48.png http://parenting.guruz-blog.com/wp-content/plugins/sociofluid/images/technorati_48.png http://parenting.guruz-blog.com/wp-content/plugins/sociofluid/images/magnolia_48.png http://parenting.guruz-blog.com/wp-content/plugins/sociofluid/images/google_48.png http://parenting.guruz-blog.com/wp-content/plugins/sociofluid/images/myspace_48.png http://parenting.guruz-blog.com/wp-content/plugins/sociofluid/images/facebook_48.png http://parenting.guruz-blog.com/wp-content/plugins/sociofluid/images/yahoobuzz_48.png

My O Baby is delivering healthy clothing alternatives for today’s babies. The chemical and pesticide free cotton which comprises our entire line is certified by The Control Union which guarantees that, addition to being free of chemicals and pesticides, the materials across our clothing lines are organically grown. To ensure that My O Baby is creating the safest garments possible, The Control Union has also certified that the snaps are nickel-free, dyes carry a minimum of metal content and that the garments will not cause the rashes and skin irritations which typically result from conventional cotton. The importance of chemical and pesticide free baby clothes has been reinforced by recent statistics on the content of dangerous elements in conventional cotton.     According to Lotus Organics, “Millions of children in the US receive up to 35% of their estimated lifetime dose of some carcinogenic pesticides by age five through food, contaminated drinking water, household use, and pesticide drift”. The most shocking aspect of this statement is that the children are receiving this exposure when they are the most susceptible to those poisonous elements. This dilemma is described in detail on Johnson and Johnson’s website where they state, “A baby’s skin is thinner, more fragile and less oily than an adult’s. A baby’s skin also produces less melanin, the substance that helps protect against sunburn. It’s less resistant to bacteria and harmful substances in the environment, especially if it’s irritated. Babies also sweat less efficiently than the rest of us, so it’s harder for them to maintain their inner body temperature. ” A baby’s skin is also more porous, meaning that impurities can pass into their systems in greater concentrations. When those impurities are carried in clothing that can be in contact with a baby’s skin for hours at a time, the potential for exposure to toxins increases dramatically.   One of the potential carriers for these toxins is conventional cotton, one of the biggest crops grown for use in clothing production in the world. The industry, by itself, accounts for $2. 6 billion in pesticide spending each year. Because cotton is not a food crop, it is not regulated in terms in terms of pesticides, herbicides, or chemicals that come in contact with it. According to the EPA, 7 out of the 15 pesticides that are regularly used on cotton carry labels classifying them as either potential or known carcinogens. The unregulated nature of cotton production explains why despite using only 2. 4% of the world’s farmland, 25% of the world’s pesticides and 10% of its insecticides are used on it yearly. That calculates out to one pound of pesticide and one pound of chemical fertilizer for each pair of jeans or t-shirt produced. The conversion of this unregulated cotton into clothing requires additional chemicals that are added at various stages during the process. These chemicals include petroleum scours, softeners, brighteners, heavy metals, flame and soil retardants, ammonia and formaldehyde. Considering those statistics, it’s not surprising that organic clothing for babies is rapidly gaining in popularity despite being more expensive than regular cotton apparel. In addition to being a much healthier choice, consumers are finding that clothes made of organic cotton last five to ten times longer than chemically treated cotton. The longevity of organic cotton clothes is attributed to the abuse that conventional cotton receives during processing where the breakdown of cotton fiber begins even before being sewn.     It might be more expensive and more difficult to find at times but organic clothing brings so many healthy benefits it’s worth the money, time, and effort to put your baby into outfits that have not been touched chemicals and pesticides. Indeed, by lasting longer than conventional cotton clothes, they’re sure to make great hand-me-downs as well. Visit us at http://www. myobaby. com or email us info@myobaby. com (925) 988- 0169

Math Comic Strips Flagship Item: “The Innovative Dr. Knowledge”

February 8th, 2010
http://parenting.guruz-blog.com/wp-content/plugins/sociofluid/images/digg_48.png http://parenting.guruz-blog.com/wp-content/plugins/sociofluid/images/reddit_48.png http://parenting.guruz-blog.com/wp-content/plugins/sociofluid/images/stumbleupon_48.png http://parenting.guruz-blog.com/wp-content/plugins/sociofluid/images/delicious_48.png http://parenting.guruz-blog.com/wp-content/plugins/sociofluid/images/furl_48.png http://parenting.guruz-blog.com/wp-content/plugins/sociofluid/images/technorati_48.png http://parenting.guruz-blog.com/wp-content/plugins/sociofluid/images/magnolia_48.png http://parenting.guruz-blog.com/wp-content/plugins/sociofluid/images/google_48.png http://parenting.guruz-blog.com/wp-content/plugins/sociofluid/images/myspace_48.png http://parenting.guruz-blog.com/wp-content/plugins/sociofluid/images/facebook_48.png http://parenting.guruz-blog.com/wp-content/plugins/sociofluid/images/yahoobuzz_48.png

We are entering a new global economy…one in which our children will need to compete with other children around the world. In this digital age of massive distractions, such as video games and television, we have a lot of competing media for our children’s attention. To many children math is complicated and boring and too much like “work”. We needed a way to make learning math fun.

How about the vehicle of a comic book? For starters, comic books have stood the test of time. Long before the digital age of the 24 hour cartoon network, children would be huddled under their blankets, with comic book and flashlight in hand. A very visual learning tool, it is also portable, requiring no electricity or attachments or even, strange as it may sound these days, an internet connection.

We have come across just the comic…an educational math comic featuring “The Innovative Dr. Knowledge”. Now Dr. Knowledge is not a “Super Hero” in the sense that he is from another planet or has been bitten by an insect or something. He’s a regular guy. His “superior abilities” (if we can call them that) comes from his hard work at studying math and other subjects over the years. With these “powers” he is able to solve some fantastic crimes and problems. We are hoping that as children read and follow his adventures, they will become enchanted by the world of math, and motivated to do their own math homework in the process.

Bobby lost his mother at a young age, and had a rather difficult childhood in many respects. To make a long story short, his father decided to take him on a trip to help encourage and motivate his son. As fate would have it, he ended up on an island, and it was here that he embraced his love of math. Math helped him to solve many problems that the island presented him with, and through these adventures he was able to see the practical applications of math.

Bobby was eventually rescued, and made his way back to the “civilized world”. He pursued a more formal education in math, and eventually earned his PhD in mathematics at a very prestigious university. His math skills helped him to acquire great wealth. He was also able to use these math skills to solve crimes and problems, and make the world a better place.

Our sincere desire is that you will enjoy reading their comic, “The Innovative Dr. Knowledge”. Please join them in helping to promote math education to our nation’s children. They are going to need math skills in order to compete for the jobs of the future. Math comic strips may never be the same again…

Tweety Bird is an endearing and loveable cartoon character that quite a few generations have now been able to get pleasure from. If you’re looking for a way to enhance up your personal bank checks, than this charming little yellow canary can lighten almost anyone’s day.

A good number people know Tweety Bird and his antagonist, Sylvester the Cat. Tweety Bird is a small yellow canary cartoon that was produced by Warner Brothers and shown in the Merrie Melodies and Looney Tunes cartoons. The word “Tweety” itself is a blend of the words “sweet” and “tweet.”

Tweety is an agreeable and congenial little bird and for the most part and is quite happy swinging in his cage or napping in his nest. Frequently, however, he has to think and act quickly when it comes to his adversary, Sylvester the Cat. When this occurs, he can be scheming and even devious if he has to be.

The character of Tweety Bird first appeared in the 1942 short “A Tale of Two Kitties” and was created by Bob Clampett. In the beginning, he was a pink wild baby bird and his name was Orson. He was also pretty aggressive. Eventually, however, he was made yellow and his temper settled down, although he could still get fired up when he had to.

Tweety Bird has a variety of famous sayings. Even those who haven’t watched the Looney Tunes cartoons are probably familiar with “I tawt I taw a puddy tat!” and “I did, I did tee a puddy tat!”

You can choose from a couple of different Tweety Bird check designs. The “Totally Tweety” checks have 4 different check designs. Each one has a soft pastel colored setting. With a range of backgrounds and patterns, every check you write will differ from the one before it.

You can also get checks that feature a small illustration of Tweety Bird in the upper left hand corner. There are 4 designs in this check series, too, and each one contains an image of Tweety in a different pose and with a different border. Coordinating address labels and a corresponding checkbook cover can be obtained with these checks also.

Whether you are an online businessman or an advertiser or a blogger in certain cases, one thing you would like to find out is how to use video for marketing online, the videos becoming a popular tool to market products and services.

Indeed, video marketing is one very effective way of getting your product seen by thousands, if not millions of people. It goes without saying, too, that video marketing can help your site generate page views. This is of course if you know how to maximize the features of the internet and make it work to your advantage. It’s like Google Adsense — you know that you can earn thousands every month from Google Adsense but not everybody knows how to do this exactly.

One tip that you must work on is to create a video clip that is both interesting and relevant, and you don’t have to spend a lot of money to make one. If you’re on a tight budget, you can easily make do with a video that you can make yourself – the important thing is that it is catchy and relevant to the product or service that you are offering.

When you already have your video ready, you can now submit it to sites like YouTube, Flicker, or Facebook, among the most popular sites on the internet. Here, your video gets more chances of being seen as millions of people visit these sites every single day.

Before you can upload your videos, you may need to be a registered member of these sites. The registration process is easy and in most cases, free.

You may then be asked to properly label or tag your video. Consider an interesting keyword or keyphrase to use so they can be more easily stumbled upon. Then, advertise your video to just about everybody you know.
